Welcome to our new luxury chalet Set in woodland, with stunning views of the mountains, the chalet is only 2 minutes drive from the main town of Haute-Nendaz and there is a free shuttle bus straight to the ski lift. Skiing in the 4 Valais region is renowned, as is the food, wine, walking, biking, swimming, golf, horse riding and many more activities throughout the rest of the year.

Prices & Services
Prices will depend on the time of year, length of stay and availability. We charge a basic price for the use of the chalet and its facilities (including all linen, heating, electricity and hot water). The minimum stay is 1 week and the changeover day is Saturday.

About Chalet Nendaz
Built over four floors, the chalet has been designed with both comfort and family living in mind. Four of the five well proportioned bedrooms are on the first floor, (two of them overlooking the stunning mountain view and one with four bunk beds).
The 2nd floor is given entirely to the magnificent open plan living space. With a combination of modern, comfortable furniture, a specifically designed open fireplace, a state of the art kitchen and a dining room table with panoramic views, it makes this the perfect area to relax after a hard day’s skiing, walking or biking, (especially after a sauna, situated on the ground floor with its own shower).
The terrace surrounds the chalet on this level and is ideal for either eating al fresco or just enjoying a glass of local Fondant wine looking at the spectacular views. The top mezzanine floor is where you can relax in front of a plasma TV on specially designed loungers; it is also where the fifth double bedroom (with a glass wall with a view of the mountains) and shower are situated. The chalet has underfloor heating throughout and even individual heated boot warmers.
Chalet Nendaz Summer 2017
Nendaz offers an exciting range of activities in the summer months, including mountain biking, walking, tennis and golf. In Summer, you can discover the area via the network of Bisses, which are paths that run alongside the irrigation canals and have the advantage of being on a slight incline providing very enjoyable walking or moutain biking.
For those seeking thrills with faster wheels, there are over 200km of mountain bike tracks. Cyclists have numerous options including the Tour du Mont Fort which offers an easy rider version of the circuit by making judicious use of the ski lifts or the Pro rider tour which avoids all but one lift. The strenuous version has a total of 2,429m climbing and an incredible 3,112m of descent.
Chalet Nendaz Walking
Around Nendaz there are approximately 250 kilometres of hiking trails, a network of paths running from the orchards in the valley up to the high alps. A particular highlight is the excursion by cableway or mountain bike to the glacier terrain on Mont Fort, with its expansive view of 20 four-thousand-metre peaks, including the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc.

Chalet Nendaz Food & Drink
Well-known for the cuisine it produces, in particular cheese and chocolate. The country's food is diverse and seasonal, carrying influences from Italy, France and Germany. Traditional Swiss food is rich, in both flavor and calories, and rarely uses herbs and spices. Flavors and varieties vary among local towns.

In the middle of nature, in an extraordinary setting, the Centre Sportif de Nendaz swimming pool offers you a marvellous panorama over the plane of the Rhône. Heated pool (25°) and a paddling pool for children.

From Geneva Airport by Car:
Come out of the airport/car hire and follow signs to Lausanne (E62). Keep going on the E62 until you get just outside Lausanne where the road forks - fork right following the green sign post to Gr St Bernard E62. Then almost immediately take the next right -again a green sign direction Gr St Bernard E62.
Keep going on this road E62 for about 50 mins (past Vevey, Montreaux, Aigle, Martigny etc) heading towards Sion. When you're about 5km from Sion, opposite the airport, take the turning off the motorway, sign posted to Nendaz. After 200 yards, this road off the motorway will take you to a small T junction - turn left. You go over a roundabout and then over a small bridge crossing a river. The road then bends left (with the river on your left), go along this road for about a mile until you get to traffic lights where you will see a sign to Nendaz (turn right at these traffic lights). This road takes you up the mountain. Keep going on this road (for about 20 mins) until you get to Haute Nendaz (you will have already gone through Nendaz and Vieux Nendaz vilages).
Once you get into Haute-Nendaz you will come to a big roundabout - turn left at the roundabout and follow that road up the hill until you get to the big ski lift (on your left), go past the ski lift and stay on that road for about half a mile (there will be chalets on your left and a spectacular view of the mountains on your right - careful as you go!). When you see a blue bottle bank on the right hand side of the road by a bus stop, the Chalet is opposite.
From Geneva Airport by Train:
Trains go virtually every 30mins throughout the day direct to Sion (taking between 1hr 40mins to 2hrs) from where you can take a 20mins taxi or regular bus up the mountain to Haute-Nendaz.
From other Cities:
The Nendaz.ch site has directions to Haute-Nendaz from airports and cities other than Geneva in Switzerland.
Terms & Conditions
Chalet Nendaz, (“the Property”) is offered only for holiday, rental subject to confirmation by us, Chalet Nendaz, to the Client.
To reserve the Property the Client should complete the on-line booking procedure on the Chalet Nendaz website to effect payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (25% of the total rent due, payable within one week of email request). Following successful processing of the deposit payment, Chalet Nendaz will send an e-mail confirmation. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.
The balance of the rent is payable 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Chalet Nendaz will request payment by issuing an e-mail 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. If the balance payment is not successfully processed one week after the due date, Chalet Nendaz reserves the right to give notice via email that the reservation is cancelled. The Client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent unless Chalet Nendaz is able to re-let the Property. In this event, clause 4 (below) of these conditions will apply. Reservations made within 4 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking.
In the event of a cancellation, refunds of amounts paid (not including the non-refundable deposit) will be made if Chalet Nendaz is able to re-let the Property, and any expenses or losses incurred in so doing will be deducted from the refunded amount. The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc., since these are not covered by Chalet Nendaz.
The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. Chalet Nendaz shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled to remain in the accommodation after the time stated.
The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated on our website unless Chalet Nendaz has given written permission
The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. Although a light final clean is included in our prices, Chalet Nendaz reserves the right to seek payment to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition.
The Client agrees not to act in a way which would cause disturbance to those resident in neighbouring properties.
The Client shall report to Chalet Nendaz without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in the equipment, machinery, or appliances in the Property or garden, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible.
Chalet Nendaz shall not be liable to the Client :
for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the Property, nor in respect of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the Property or garden.
for any loss, damage, or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of Chalet Nendaz.
for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Client if the Property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in such an event, Chalet Nendaz shall, within seven days of notification to the Client, refund to the Client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.
Under no circumstances shall Chalet Nendaz's liability to the Client exceed the amount paid by the Client for the rental period.
By contacting and/or providing your details to Chalet Nendaz you agree to receive timely marketing emails from us. These will always be relevant to the Chalet and our bookings and we will never give you details to a third party. You are able to unsubscribe via email at anytime.

We will generally let you know at the time of collection how we intend to use your personal information. Usually, we collect personal information about you which we require to respond to your enquiries for payment processing and for the provision of goods and services to you. We also process your personal information where we are required to do so by law, and for the exercise or defence of legal claims. From time to time, we may contact you for research purposes, or to tell you about our special offers and other services in accordance with your contact preferences. Where appropriate, we will obtain your consent to do so. Personal information collected from you may include your name, payment processing information, postal address, email address, landline or mobile telephone number, delivery details as well as other non sensitive personal information. If you use our web sites, we may also collect information about you or your computer when you browse to allow you to use the services available.
